Shipping & Returns
Postage costs:
All orders placed at Benji-Security are shipped by us via PostNL and DPD and/or UPS.
- Shipping costs Netherlands: For orders under 100 euros, shipping costs of 10 euros will be added. For orders over 100 euros, shipping is 5 euros. For orders over 150 euros, shipping is free .
- Shipping costs Belgium: For orders over 150 euros, shipping costs are free . For orders under 100 euros , shipping costs of 15.50 euros will be added .
- Shipping abroad: only possible with prepayment (rest of Europe). Costs vary per country.
At the moment we ship your order, you will receive a shipping message from us. This shipping message contains a Track & Trace barcode with which you can track your shipment online with the PostNL, DPD, UPS app.
Delivery time:
If you order on working days (Mon-Fri) before 15:00, we will ship the order the same day. Depending on the stock, the package will be delivered within 1-2 working days.
We try to keep our stock status as up to date as possible. If a product is not in stock, we will try to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Return:
Does a product not work properly or is your order not entirely to your liking? Within 14 days after receiving your product, we offer you the possibility to return the product (sufficiently stamped) . The product must not be used. (You may view and evaluate the product just as you would in a physical store).
You can contact us to request a return form. Our technical specialists will then investigate and contact you accordingly. Do you have questions about your return or do you want to request a return form, you can do so via info@benji-security.nl .
