Refund Policy

When the product you returned arrives in its original state, with packaging and complete, we will refund the full amount to your account. If the account number you provided is not known to us, we will contact you.

Didn't receive a refund? The period of time it takes for the refund to appear in your account can differ per bank. We will always refund you within 3 working days after processing your return.
